House RGM is an Independent Producer-Director Lead Studio built at the intersection of cinema craft and next-generation content technology. We produce and direct across theatrical film, OTT originals, verticals, advertising, and Gen-AI content — with a co-produced slate that includes releases on Netflix, ZEE5, MX Player, Voot, Eros Now and campaigns for brands like Adidas, Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Mahindra and Marriott. We run the full pipeline in-house: creative direction, creative production, execution, post and distribution.
Our forte : Speed without losing texture. We're equally fluent producing a 120-minute feature and a 2-minute vertical episode. Our team moves across creative, cinematography, production, and AI pipelines as one unit, not three separate vendors. We're structured deliberately lean as a Director-Producer Lead Studio. There's no committee between a creative note and a camera rolling — the person creating the show is the same person who built the budget and can greenlight a schedule change on the spot. That speed isn't a nice-to-have, it's the operating requirement. We're built to move at that pace natively, not scale up to meet it.
Our distribution literacy in OTT + theatrical + festival experience (India Doc Project Foundation, multi-platform releases) gives us an edge in the market. This is a real differentiator — most directors don't understand audience retention, platform algorithms, or release strategy. We don't just create, we understand how content performs after it's shot.

Rishang Mangaonkar
Rishang Mangaonkar is a filmmaker, creative producer, and Generative AI content pioneer with 12+years of experience spanning cinematography, film production, and digital distribution. From producing content for Productions, Netflix, MX and theatrical screens to delivering brand films like Hyundai, Mahindra, and McDonald's to agencies — he has built his career at the intersection of craft and commerce.
Rishang founded House of RGM as a home for bold, boundary-pushing content — where cinematic tradition meets the limitless possibilities of new-age storytelling.
Studio Head & Visual Lead
Kuldip Singh
Kuldip Singh is a visual storyteller, crafting compelling narratives for nearly two decades. He brings together storytelling, cinematic thinking, and emerging AI technologies to create films, advertisements, and digital experiences. He executed AI projects at PocketFM & Sharechat's Inplay OTT. His past experiences aslo built a Gaming company for clients and stakeholders.
Kuldip also heads the studios vision to enhance and expand its capabilities with innovation and strong business.

Shorya Dhar
Shorya Dhar has always been drawn to understanding how businesses grow, make decisions, and create meaningful impact through numbers. After earning his BSc (Hons) in Accounting & Finance in Singapore, he spent 7 years in the FP&A team at a US-based fintech company, where he worked across financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, business reporting, and strategic planning. That experience taught him to combine analytical thinking with practical decision-making.

Aditi Sharma
Aditi has been a part of several critically acclaimed films, both as Director of Photography & Director. A graduate of FTII, Aditi was the recipient of Netflix’s Creative Equity Fund in 2022 that created a Netflix film Home and School Cinema lead film BITTO.
She has represented her unscripted projects at the most prestigious platforms in the world, including being selected at INTRO:DOX Copenhagen with a full bursary from IEFTA. She is an Interaction Doc Workshop Fellow from Serbia and is currently directing narrative as well as documentary films that are under production.
Director-Actor-Writer
Kankana Chakraborty
Kankana Chakraborty is a Kolkata-born actor, writer, and director based in Los Angeles. A New York Film Academy graduate, her films have won 65+ national and international awards, including Best Screenplay at the Directors Guild of America.
As an actor, she has worked in commercials for Google, Verizon, Lexus, and General Motors, and made her Bollywood debut in Everybody Loves Sohrab Handa (Jio MAMI 2023).
Her latest directorial venture, Re-Routing, had its trailer released by Amitabh Bachchan and continues to screen across India and ZEE5.
Writer-Director-Actor
Roshan Shetty
Roshan Shetty is a Mumbai-based actor, director, writer, and producer associated with Rangsheela Theater Group and Prithvi Theatre Mumbai. With 15+ productions spanning musicals, satire, sci-fi, and drama, he is one of India's most versatile theatre practitioners. His acclaimed plays Blueticks (2016) and Ink-ka-Laabh (2018) continue long-running runs across India. He also writes, directs, and produces his own vertical micro-dramas for digital audiences.
On screen, he debuted in Fanney Khan (2018), appeared in the web series Imperfect (2018), and wrote and directed Detective GG for Futureworks Studios, Mumbai.
