House RGM is an Independent Producer-Director Lead Studio built at the intersection of cinema craft and next-generation content technology. We produce and direct across theatrical film, OTT originals, verticals, advertising, and Gen-AI content — with a co-produced slate that includes releases on Netflix, ZEE5, MX Player, Voot, Eros Now and campaigns for brands like Adidas, Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Mahindra and Marriott. We run the full pipeline in-house: creative direction, creative production, execution, post and distribution.
Our forte : Speed without losing texture. We're equally fluent producing a 120-minute feature and a 2-minute vertical episode. Our team moves across creative, cinematography, production, and AI pipelines as one unit, not three separate vendors. We're structured deliberately lean as a Director-Producer Lead Studio. There's no committee between a creative note and a camera rolling — the person creating the show is the same person who built the budget and can greenlight a schedule change on the spot. That speed isn't a nice-to-have, it's the operating requirement. We're built to move at that pace natively, not scale up to meet it.
Our distribution literacy in OTT + theatrical + festival experience (India Doc Project Foundation, multi-platform releases) gives us an edge in the market. This is a real differentiator — most directors don't understand audience retention, platform algorithms, or release strategy. We don't just create, we understand how content performs after it's shot.
